Hartley Sea Foods is a family-run fresh seafood business in Annestown, Co. Waterford, run by chef and fishmonger Pat Hartley. They supply fresh fish, shellfish, crab meat and live lobster sourced from local fishermen, and sell at farmers markets across the South East.
The website tells the family’s story and lets customers order and pay online, see which farmers markets they’ll be at, and pick up recipe ideas.
