Maintenance questions
Do I need maintenance if you host my website?
Hosting keeps your website online; maintenance keeps the website itself up to date and working. Hosting includes the server, SSL certificate and server backups. Software updates, testing and fixes are part of a support plan.
Can you look after a website you didn’t build?
Yes. We start with a one-off health check to update the website safely and fix anything urgent, then it’s looked after like any other site.
How long is the term?
Plans run for a 12-month term. Pay monthly, or pay upfront for the year.
Do unused hours roll over?
Hours are for the month they’re included in and don’t roll over.
What if my website goes down or stops working?
With a plan, we restore your website from a backup and find out what went wrong. Without a plan, we can still help at the pay as you go rate.
Are maintenance prices shown with VAT?
No. Plan, hosting and hourly prices on this page are before VAT, which is added at 23%.
